Who operates this site
This website is operated by Dylan Hughes under the Deadbounce brand in Richmond, Virginia. For business questions, email dylan@deadbounce.com.
Inquiries and service agreements
This site describes AI consulting and automation services. Sending an inquiry does not purchase a service, reserve a start date, or create a client engagement. Before paid work begins, we agree in writing on the contracting parties, deliverables, fees, schedule, acceptance criteria, and responsibilities.
Pricing and payments
Any starting price is for a defined implementation scope. Your written proposal states the final fee, applicable taxes, third-party software or usage charges, payment milestones, and any optional support. Additional work requires an agreed change in scope.
Payments are arranged through Square invoices after scope is agreed. This website does not collect card details. Cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and recurring-service terms will be provided in your written agreement before payment. An inquiry does not enroll you in a subscription.
Examples and outcomes
Workflow diagrams are illustrations of how an implementation may work. They are not client results. Outcomes depend on your process, data quality, tools, customer demand, and team follow-through. Revenue, bookings, time savings, and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed. Any specific service commitments belong in the signed agreement.
Use of this website
Please provide accurate inquiry information and only information you are authorized to share. Do not send passwords, confidential customer records, payment details, or sensitive personal information through the form. Do not misuse the form for spam, impersonation, or attempts to disrupt the website.
Content and third-party services
Deadbounce branding and original website content are owned by their respective rights holders. Third-party names remain the property of their owners; a reference does not imply partnership or endorsement. Formspree, Zoho, Square, and our hosting providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices.
Privacy and updates
Our privacy notice explains how we handle inquiry information. We may update website information and these terms with a revised effective date. Website updates do not change an existing signed service agreement.
