DEADBOUNCE

Privacy notice

Dylan Hughes operates Deadbounce, an AI and automation consulting business based in Richmond, Virginia. This notice covers information collected through this website and related business inquiries.

Information you choose to share

The inquiry form collects your name, email, business name, industry, and description of your needs. Current software and inquiry volume are optional. We also receive information you send in follow-up emails. Please do not submit passwords, customer records, payment details, or sensitive information.

Technical information

Our hosting, form, and email providers may process IP addresses, browser or device details, request times, delivery information, cookies, and security logs to operate their services and prevent abuse.

How we use and share information

We use inquiry details to evaluate your request, reply, discuss services, and maintain a record of those conversations. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising.

Information is shared as needed with service providers for website hosting and security, form processing, email delivery, and business records. We may also disclose information when legally required or needed to protect rights and prevent fraud. We do not publish your inquiry as a testimonial or case study without permission.

Service providers

The form sends submissions directly to Formspree for processing, spam filtering, and notification to our Zoho inbox. The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. If you become a client, invoices and payments are handled separately through Square; card details are not collected by this website. Providers may process information outside your location under their own terms and privacy notices.

Read the privacy notices for Formspree, Zoho, OpenAI, Cloudflare, and Square.

Retention and your choices

We aim to review inactive inquiries after 12 months and delete information no longer needed, subject to legal or business recordkeeping needs. Provider logs, backups, and submission history may follow different retention periods. Client engagements have separate recordkeeping requirements.

To request access, correction, or deletion, or to ask us to stop contacting you, email hello@deadbounce.com. Identify the email used for your inquiry and your request. We may verify your identity before acting and will explain any information we must retain. Do not send identity documents unless we arrange a necessary, secure method.

Cookies, analytics, and browser signals

We have not added advertising trackers, marketing analytics, or social-media tracking widgets. We do not track your activity across unrelated websites. Our page does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals. Third-party hosting and security services may use technical cookies and logs under their own policies; Formspree may present a verification challenge when you submit. We do not authorize these services to use inquiry contents for cross-site advertising.

Children

This site is intended for adults seeking business services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information so we can review and remove it as appropriate.

Changes to this notice

We will publish updates here with a new effective date. For a material change in how we use previously collected inquiry information, we will provide a prominent notice on the site or contact affected people by email, as appropriate and required by law.
